Biography

I love a challenge that involves collaboration, streamlining processes, problem-solving and delivering happiness (outcomes) to end-users.

Currently a Technical Product Manager, I collaborate with a smart team of people to strategize and problem-solve on a daily basis as we deliver products to our customers. I enjoy working in the digital space, specifically software and Cloud, because products are organic and iterative. Prior to my time in software, I worked in marketing and advertising with a heavy focus in digital, including websites with custom content management systems, emails and digital ads.

I hail from New Orleans, but now spend my days in Northern Kentucky / Cincinnati with my husband Jeremy, my kids and my old hound Buster. I enjoy gardening. I am a huge music fan- from Jelly Roll Morton to Beach Boys, The Shins and Explosions in the Sky. What I love most of all is quality time with my family, whether it be spent building forts, reading 20 kid books before bed or looking at large boats on the Mississippi and Ohio Rivers from the levee and bridges, respectively.

Aimee possesses all the qualities and expertise to get a team producing excellent product, in any vertical with any technology. We had the pleasure of working together on GE’s global Services Installed Base toolsets, where her leadership was instrumental in successful project deployment(s). Her organizational and Agile capabilities are second to none.

Project Manager

Even though my title was Project Manager, I wore many hats at CL. I drafted scopes of work and project plans, recorded technical specifications, and managed budgets on all jobs. I provided direction and allocated resources for Development team to design custom content management software tailored to each client's specific business needs. I presented product features to clients and trained users on custom-built CMS.

Aimee's work toward enhancements of our power turbine fleet to include previously installed upgrades (among others) exemplified excellence in projects large and small. Also, "Agile" really works with technical project managers like Aimee; being able to prioritize and group enhancements for maximally beneficial increments is highly effective.

Presenting with Impact and Clarity

"Extraordinary professional" is a phrase that comes to mind when I think about Aimee. Embodying all that a technical product manager should, she has increased productivity through her ability to organize and lead our team. Her focus and organization skills are exemplary and she is able to drill down through the business and technical details seemingly effortlessly. In addition to her work, she has also been a champion for our Women's Network on-site promoting diversity, inclusion, and equality within the GE community. She does all this with a positive and optimistic attitude that is contagious among all who work with her.
